• Serve as the program manager with broad program management responsibilities for an assigned GEC program that delivers specialized, complex, and highly professional services.
• Develop short and long-range goals and plans, and implement policies to ensure goal attainment.
• Manage resources and outcomes monitoring using data-driven quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate education and training for nursing personnel, medical staff, allied health staff, and trainees.
• Supervise all Psychologists reporting to the section chief and exercise independent judgment on program management.
