Youth Services - Indian River Juvenile Correctional Facility in Massillon, OH is seeking a Psychologist to join a diverse team and habilitate youth through assessments, treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions.

The ideal candidate will lead psychological evaluations, supervise interns, and collaborate with medical and education staff to ensure compliant, effective care within a correctional environment.

Qualifications

• License to practice psychology in Ohio
• Experience in corrections mental health is preferred
• Strong assessment, report writing and clinical skills

Responsabilités

• Develop and perform psychological assessments and evaluations
• Interview, administer tests, score and interpret tests
• Prepare reports based on findings and formulate treatment plans
• Attend treatment team meetings representing psychology
• Provide clinical supervision to student interns
• Deliver individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy Rehabilitation sessions
• Ensure documentation of activities and respond to emergencies as needed
