Qualifikationen

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Active license in Georgia.
• Proven experience supervising PMHNPs.
• Knowledge of state collaborative practice agreements and multi-state supervision regulations.
• Experience with telemedicine platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses and DEA registrations as required.
• Preferred: IMLC participation and Georgia practice address.

Aufgaben

• Prescribe medications responsibly and in line with measurement-based care.
• Provide second opinion consultations for higher complexity cases with PMHNPs.
• Conduct follow-up assessments and manage medications; provide psychotherapy when appropriate.
• Starting next year, supervise and mentor up to 12 PMHNPs, ensuring protocol adherence.
• Provide weekly supervision during onboarding and monthly group supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design better care tools and workflows.
• Contribute to treatment guidelines and interdisciplinary care discussions.
