Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service related field with mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major components of the social services department, including community programs or clinical services.
• Evaluate treatment plan formulation and effectiveness; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to address complex cases and ensure integrated care.
• Lead admissions workups, including ROIs, biopsychosocial assessments, and notes.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR and ensure timely progress notes.
