• Ability to analyze program needs and effectiveness and to formulate plans for change to more adequately carry out the mission of the hospital.
• Ability to assess patients’ needs, assess and document their progress, and change or amend treatment plans to effectively meet patients’ needs.
• Demonstrate the ability to train, supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychiatric social work methods and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in individual and/or group treatment or psychotherapeutic programs for inpatients and families.
• Lead and oversee social services operations for all units.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees; set expectations and provide feedback on performance.
• Coordinate clinical training programs for students in field experiences.
