Job summary

Telecare Corporation in Riverside, CA seeks an experienced RN to supervise and coordinate the direct psychiatric nursing care on the assigned shift.

You will plan, review, and evaluate clinical and administrative activities, directing a multidisciplinary team to meet client needs while ensuring safety and quality of care. Starting wage ranges from $50.96 to $62.96 per hour, with geographic differentials based on location.

Qualifications

• Two years of psychiatric direct care nursing experience and at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current California RN licensure.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days and maintain certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supervises direct nursing care provided by the nursing department on their shift.
• Direct, coordinate and oversee nursing and other health care services for clients across ages and populations.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team including professional, para-professional staff, nursing students and interns.
• Assign direct report staff to work with clients based on needs and skills.
