Job summary

The position requires RN licensure in NJ, a BSN, at least 3 years of psychiatric experience with 1 year in leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• NJ RN license is required.
• MSN degree preferred for leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to plan of care and policies.
• Act as liaison with Access and oversee admissions and EMTALA compliance.
• Promote safety and maintain a healing environment.
• Mentor staff and support professional development.
