General Description: Coordinates schedules of patients in and out-patients clinic and provides clerical assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 3-5 years in customer service, including at least 6 months in a clinical setting.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations: None required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Good communication skills, customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
