Qualifications

• Proven history of managing field crews and overseeing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and Southwest Florida landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surveying and mapping projects to meet Florida's Minimum Technical Standards.
• Direct and mentor field survey teams and CAD staff; coordinate schedules and resources.
• Perform data review, complex calculations, and ensure rigorous quality control before submission.
• Collaborate with the client’s Civil Engineering division on site plans and improvements.
