Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with BS, 5 years with MS in adhesive processing for Pressure Sensitive Adhesives.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude for running pilot scale lab equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer technical interface in coordination with Sales.
• Oversee operational implementation of new product introductions.
• Lead RCA investigations of performance issues.
