Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, network security, or proxy roles.
• Hands-on expertise with installation, migration, and management of proxy technologies.
• Experience with SaaS gateway platforms (Zscaler, Netskope).

Responsibilities

• Engineer and optimize proxy infrastructure for high performance and security.
• Automate operational workflows using Python, Shell, or Ansible.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for proxy incidents.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to align network and proxy engineering activities with goals.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, and templates.
• Support security incident investigations leveraging SIEM tools and proxy logs.
• Participate in change management and design reviews to mitigate risk.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.
