Blue Shield of California is seeking an Experienced Provider Relations Representative to support CalAIM by engaging with IPA/Medical groups, providers and hospitals to improve coordination and outcomes.

You will help drive provider participation, maintain strong relationships, and contribute to health equity while working in a hybrid workplace with in-office collaboration two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of prior relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry concepts.
• Experience with Medi-Cal/Medicaid or government-sponsored programs preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
