Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking an experienced Provider Relations Representative to support provider participation and engagement for the CalAIM program. You will help build and maintain relationships with IPA/Medical groups, Providers and Hospitals to improve care coordination and health equity.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week and the ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in provider relations or healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal/Medicaid preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support provider participation and engagement in CalAIM.
• Maintain effective provider relationships with IPA/Medical groups, Providers and Hospitals.
• Assist in ensuring successful program outcomes and health equity.
• Balance multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
