Qualifications

• Minimum data entry experience is required.
• Experience with provider contracting and enrollment.
• Background in behavioral health managed care is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider relations and end-to-end provider services tasks.
• Coordinate credentialing and re-credentialing activities with internal teams.
• Respond to provider inquiries via email, phone and mail.
• Support data accuracy across provider databases and documentation.
