Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Senior Provider Relations Coordinator to assist practitioners with the resolution of claims, pricing, coding, contract, and provider service issues. You will partner with internal departments to evaluate and resolve provider, contract, and operational concerns.

This role supports provider network administration activities, manages more complex issues, and may assist with training and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, or 6 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience facilitating virtual meetings, presentations, and educational sessions.
• Experience reviewing and maintaining provider policies, procedures, communications, and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy and diligence.
