Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in contracting, provider relations, provider servicing; experience should include prior contracting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Contractions involve non-standard arrangements requiring negotiation; fee schedules are customized.
• Lead network management projects and cross-functional initiatives within an assigned provider territory.
• Mentor and train contracting staff; provide guidance and development.
• Collaborate with sales to present to employer groups and serve as a communication link between providers and the company.
• Ensure a diverse provider mix across network specialties.
• Prepare financial projections and conduct analyses.
