Job summary

Elevance Health seeks a Provider Network Manager to build and manage the provider network through contract negotiations, relationship development, and comprehensive servicing.

Responsibilities include negotiating fee-for-service terms, managing California PPO territories, and leading complex contracting issues with cross-functional teams. Travel to multiple sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in contracting, provider relations, or provider servicing.
• Experience with fee-for-service rate negotiations preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop the provider network through contract negotiations and servicing.
• Manage California PPO provider territories and rate negotiations.
• Lead complex provider contracting and reimbursement issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Support contracting for a range of providers including medical groups and hospitals.
• Customize fee schedules and provide provider education on managed care concepts.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
