St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Senior Managed Care Specialist - Provider Enrollment to oversee provider enrollment and credentialing for hospital-employed or contracted physicians across insurance programs, including Medicaid.

The role emphasizes accurate data management and collaboration with internal and external teams. The position requires 4+ years in healthcare settings, familiarity with managed care contracts and payer communications, and preferred experience with EPIC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare, academic or research setting.
• Experience with provider enrollment and credentialing.
• Experience in managed care contracts and reimbursement.
• Prior provider enrollment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage provider enrollment and credentialing tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
• Support payer communications and publication updates.
• Manage denial issues related to contracts, enrollment or credentialing.
• Perform other duties to meet department and institutional goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
