Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years hardware experience.
• 5+ years hardware assembly, system integration, prototype builds.
• 2+ years circuit board rework (SMT & TH).
• 5+ years reading schematics and drawings.
• 2+ years functional testing and hardware checkout.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical and mechanical prototype and pre-production builds.
• Fabricate and assemble cable harnesses, wiring assemblies, chassis, and subsystems.
• Interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, diagrams, and interconnect documentation.
• Perform system and subsystem integration activities using hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Execute fabrication, assembly, testing, checkout, and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform circuit board rework, including SMT and through-hole components.
• Implement white-wire modifications and engineering change updates.
• Identify build, integration, and manufacturability improvements and provide feedback to engineering.
