Job summary

Chenega Corporation seeks a Site Manager to lead and manage a large Protective Services contract for NASA operations. You will have full authority over contract execution, workforce management, and performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

You will provide executive leadership across security, emergency management, access control, investigations, and force protection while building strong relationships with NASA, CO, COR, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible management experience in protective services or security.
• Experience overseeing budgets, workforce planning, and program performance.
• Active Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• POST certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead large teams and manage external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for Protective Services operations.
• Ensure contract performance meets standards and SLAs.
• Develop strategic plans, budgets, and workforce strategies.
• Direct staff and manage organizational change and development.
• Maintain relationships with NASA leadership, CO/COR, and stakeholders.
• Oversee risk management, emergency management, and security programs.
