Anthropic is seeking a Protective Intelligence Analyst to join the Global Safety, Intelligence, and Security (GSIS) team. You will identify, assess, and mitigate threats to Anthropic's people, facilities, operations, and reputation through intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination.

This role sits at the intersection of intelligence analysis, behavioral threat assessment, and executive protection.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in protective intelligence, corporate investigations, threat assessment, or related discipline
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Expertise in OSINT tradecraft and proficiency with specialized intelligence tools
• Understanding of how targeted violence develops and warning behaviors
• Hands-on experience applying threat assessment methodologies (e.g., TRAP-18, WAVR-21)

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence collection and analysis to identify threats to Anthropic and personnel
• Produce clear, well-sourced analytical products for executive delivery
• Investigate and triage concerning communications, online threats, and persons of concern
• Apply behavioral threat assessment principles to cases to guide risk management
• Provide intelligence support for executive protection, travel security, and major events
• Monitor open-source channels and social media for emerging threats
• Track geopolitical developments and sector threats relevant to the AI industry
• Build relationships with external intelligence partners and law enforcement for information sharing
