Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Business, Public Administration or related field.
• At least five years of industrial security experience in a corporate environment.
• Crime prevention/loss prevention training and experience is desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to work alone and make critical decisions with little input from management.
• Must be able to travel with little advanced warning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments and surveys to meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Create and update site-specific security plans for required sites.
• Develop and present security awareness programs for management and staff.
• Lead investigations and coordinate with law enforcement during incidents.
• Coordinate with security systems team to design compliant security systems.
• Support emergency response planning and incident handling.
