Job summary

Worley is seeking a Sr Protection and Control (P&C) Designer to deliver substation design services as part of the Power Networks team. You will work within a multi-disciplinary group to develop efficient design packages for medium and high voltage substations and ensure all drawings meet applicable codes and standards.

The role requires strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/MicroStation), familiarity with PLS-CADD/PLS-POLE, and experience in document control and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in electrical design/drafting.
• Experience with substation design is preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD standards and client standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop diagrams and drawings for medium/high voltage substations.
• Lead/Support Document Control and ProjectWise management.
• Translate sketches into drawings with schematics and diagrams (single/three-line).
• Coordinate design activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Assist in site visits and project meetings.
