Job summary

Blue Origin Engines is seeking a Sr. Product Integration Engineer who will lead the planning, deployment, and activation of large-scale propulsion systems.

You will partner with systems engineering, design, analysis, test, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to deliver on time, within scope, and to safety standards. You will own schedules, scope, and success criteria, and develop AI-based tools to enhance installation, MRO, and MRP tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management for multi-disciplinary engineering efforts.
• Experience managing integrated schedules (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent) and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles from concept through design, test, production, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present status to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated resource loaded master schedules, milestones, and critical paths for complex systems.
• Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria with technical leads and operations.
• Create first-of-a-kind AI-based tools to drive installation, MRO, and MRP tracking.
• Collaborate with design, test, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of end items.
• Ensure configuration control and traceability of hardware throughout the lifecycle.
• Own program status reporting (schedule, cost, risk) to leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide clear, data-driven updates and propose solutions when issues arise.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and quality on long-lead items and key processes.
