You will own the propulsion program roadmap, coordinate with product, manage production timelines and ensure tests validate key mission requirements. You will bridge engineering and product groups, optimize supply chains, and steer test campaigns while maintaining clear communication with executives and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or program management environments.
• Degree in engineering, physical sciences, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, balance timelines, and align cross-functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Own propulsion program roadmap across development, testing, procurement, and assembly.
• Bridge to product group to ensure roadmap is executed smoothly.
• Drive thruster production by maintaining supply chains, kitting, and timeline needs for missions.
• Maintain clear communication across engineering leads, managers, and executives.
• Manage customer relationships, provide updates, and involve propulsion team as needed.
• Translate mission specs into test priorities and actionable plans for test stands.
• Integrate propulsion with other hardware teams and coordinate electrical integration.
• Provide strategic guidance by monitoring industry trends and market shifts.
