You will own the propulsion program roadmap and coordinate across product, engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery and performance goals are met. The role requires 5+ years in engineering or program management and a degree in engineering or physical sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own the full propulsion program roadmap across development, testing, procurement and assembly.
• Bridge products and programs by guiding strategic product decisions and ensuring roadmaps are executed smoothly.
• Drive thruster production by maintaining supply chains, organizing kitting, and planning for mission-specific timelines.
• Maintain clear team communication among engineering leads, managers and executives to minimize surprises.
• Manage customer relationships, provide transparent updates, and coordinate propulsion engineering involvement as needed.
• Translate mission specs into testing priorities and build realistic validation plans.
• Integrate propulsion with other hardware teams, leveraging machining and electrical integration expertise.
• Advocate for the big picture by monitoring industry trends and market shifts.
