Responsibilities

• Own the propulsion program roadmap from development to production.
• Bridge products and programs as primary link to the product group.
• Manage thruster production, maintain supply chains and coordinate upgrades.
• Maintain clear team communication across engineering leads, managers, and executives.
• Manage customer relationships and provide transparent updates.
• Translate mission specs into test priorities with concrete plans.
• Integrate propulsion with other hardware and shop operations.
• Advocate for industry trends and strategic decisions.
