Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the propulsion program roadmap, including development, testing, procurement and assembly.
• Bridge products and programs as the primary link to the product group and ensure roadmaps are executed.
• Drive thruster production by coordinating supply chains, timelines for missions and product upgrades.
• Maintain clear team communication across engineering leads, managers and executives.
• Manage customer relationships, provide updates and coordinate with propulsion engineering when needed.
• Translate mission specs into testing targets and create realistic test plans for validation.
• Coordinate propulsion with other hardware teams, leveraging shop and electrical integration efforts.
• Monitor industry trends and market shifts to guide strategic decisions at Muon Space.
