Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8 years with a Master’s degree, or 6 years with a PhD.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Develop best-value solutions that meet customer needs.
• Present project costs and risks clearly to decision-makers.
