Job Description

CDM Smith is expanding its Federal Services marketing team. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist with experience in federal proposals related to environmental remediation, infrastructure, and facility construction. This position offers flexible work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options within the United States.

As part of our team, you will engage in business development efforts targeting multimillion-dollar U.S. government opportunities nationwide and internationally.

Responsibilities Include

• Research federal contract opportunities, competitors, and potential partners.
• Analyze solicitation documents such as FedBizOpps synopses and RFPs.
• Develop proposals and presentations using a theme-based approach.
• Write and edit complex content for federal proposals.
• Utilize AI tools to develop and refine proposal content, graphics, and presentations.
• Coordinate proposal teams including management, technical, financial, graphic design, and production staff.
• Travel occasionally for meetings and proposal efforts nationwide.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
