Job Description: CDM Smith is expanding its Federal Services marketing team. We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist with experience in proposals for environmental remediation, infrastructure, and facility construction. This position offers in-office, hybrid, or fully remote work options within the United States. You will participate in business development efforts for multimillion-dollar U.S. government opportunities nationwide and overseas.

Responsibilities Include:

• Research federal contract opportunities, competitors, and potential partners.
• Analyze solicitations like FedBizOpps synopses and RFPs.
• Develop proposals and presentations using a theme-based approach.
• Write and edit complex content for federal proposals.
• Utilize AI tools to develop proposal content, graphics, and presentations.
• Coordinate proposal teams including management, technical, financial, graphic design, and production staff.
• Travel occasionally for meetings and proposal efforts nationwide.
