Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a proposal leadership role on competitive proposals.
• Working knowledge of all phases of the business acquisition lifecycle.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with accountability for outcomes and risk management.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels in a cross-functional organization.
• Knowledge of the U.S. Government’s competitive acquisition process including FAR/DFAR.

Responsibilities

• On-time, compliant delivery – Own the schedule and quality of every proposal.
• Process rigor & risk management – Apply established processes and mitigate risk.
• Strategic proposal planning – Develop plans for complex, competitive solicitations.
• Capture partnership – Align with capture leaders to translate capabilities into proposals.
• Cross-functional leadership – Coordinate dispersed teams to produce cohesive submissions.
• Continuous improvement – Drive enhancements, tools, and training.
