Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced proposals professional to coordinate the development, production, and submission of government and commercial solicitations. You will manage schedules, compliance matrices, content collection, reviews, and final deliverables.

You will collaborate with business development, capture, contracts, legal, finance, and technical teams to gather and organize proposal content, ensuring compliance with requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in proposal management, coordination, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, production, and submission of proposals for government and commercial solicitations.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, content collection, reviews, and final deliverables.
• Collaborate with business development, capture, contracts, legal, finance, and technical teams to gather and organize proposal content.
• Review solicitation requirements and ensure proposal responses comply with customer instructions and company standards.
• Identify contractual requirements, risks, and compliance considerations supporting proposal and capture efforts.
• Maintain proposal repositories, templates, past performance records, and business development resources.
• Track proposal status, milestones, and submission metrics.
• Assist with post-submission customer communications, debriefings, and lessons learned.
• Improve proposal processes, tools, and best practices as the company grows.
