Job summary

One Alliance North America Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Personal Lines Property in Orlando. The role oversees product development, pricing, coverage, and underwriting for multiple states and lines of business, coordinating with Legal, Sales, IT, Claims, Underwriting, Customer Service, and Actuarial to ensure consistency.

The position requires leadership of staff, training of team members, and supervision of product strategies, with travel as needed and a focus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
10 years of experience in personal lines product development or related field, particularly in catastrophe prone states.
Experience developing insurance products and training others on processes.
Experience with underwriting guidelines, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervises property product management staff across states and lines of business.
Analyzes portfolio performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
Leads product development reviews, forms, rates, and guidelines.
Files changes with state departments for rates, forms, rules, and guidelines.
