Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community in the United States. You will lead a team, manage budgets, supervise leasing, maintenance, and vendor relations to meet financial and service goals.

Responsibilities include setting rents, collecting payments, reviewing financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving occupancy through smart marketing and resident satisfaction, and developing staff performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management and leasing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property and team to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, notices, and eviction processes.
• Monitor market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Ensure maintenance standards and supervise staff performance.
