Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years of tax credit property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple properties consistently at high performance standards.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal property management laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property management including maintenance and tenant relations.
• Conduct QA inspections and supervise repairs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple units and 24/7 emergency response.
• Assist leasing to maintain occupancy and tenant retention.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and staff and interpret legal documents.
• Administer collections, enforce rental terms, and manage operating expenses.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, variances, and forecasts.
• Interview, hire, and train site staff; ensure safety programs are followed.
