• Multi-Family Residential property management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, resident retention and administrative responsibilities; supervise maintenance staff.
• Develop, plan and monitor the property budget and financial reporting.
• Ensure reliable rent collection, accurate postings and timely reporting to ownership or stakeholders.
