Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years real estate property management or related experience.
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
  • Real estate license required.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
  • Experience managing a team of professionals and vendors.
  • Experience negotiating commercial leases and/or contract language.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, coordinate, and lead property management activities.
  • Provide leadership and policy interpretation for property management strategy.
  • Oversee reporting and ensure contract compliance with owners.
  • Manage tenant relations and conduct regular property inspections.
  • Coordinate construction projects with the Construction Manager and approve related invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies, codes, and regulations.
