Job summary

PSG Global Solutions seeks a Senior Property Manager to oversee a Bradenton, FL community and potentially a Naples property, bringing hands-on leadership and deep affordable housing compliance expertise.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure strict Section 8, HUD, LIHTC compliance, lead renovation projects, review budgets and financials, and maintain strong resident and regulatory relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Senior Property Manager-level experience with multi-site exposure.
• Extensive experience with Project-Based Section 8, HUD, and LIHTC compliance is essential.
• Experience with property rehabs, resident relocations, budgets and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bradenton community, with potential Naples oversight.
• Maintain compliance with Section 8, HUD, and LIHTC requirements, including files and audits.
• Manage renovation and rehab projects, coordinating relocations and minimizing resident disruption.
• Review property financials: budgets, income statements, balance sheets, expenses, variances; develop action plans when over budget.
• Lead property teams, vendors, contractors, and community operations, identifying problems and driving solutions.

Are you an experienced property management leader with deepaffordable housing compliance knowledge and the ability to take ownership ofcomplex communities? We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to oversee aproperty in Bradenton, FL, with the potential to also support a property inNaples in the future.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is highlyresourceful, financially savvy, independent, and extremely strong in affordablehousing compliance. The ideal candidate has experience navigating propertyrehabs, resident relocations, multi-site operations, and challengingoperational situations.

What You’ll Do:

• Overseeday-to-day operations of the Bradenton community, with the potential totake on additional oversight of a Naples property in the future.
• Maintainexceptionally strong compliance with Project-Based Section 8, HUD, andLow-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements, including files,recertifications, audits, and regulatory standards.
• Managerenovation and rehabilitation projects, including coordinating residentrelocations and helping minimize disruption to residents duringconstruction.
• Reviewproperty financials, including budgets, income statements, balance sheets,expenses, and variances, and develop action plans when properties aretrending over budget.
• Leadproperty teams, vendors, contractors, and community operations whileindependently identifying problems, finding resources, and drivingsolutions.
• Maintainstrong relationships with residents, ownership, internal partners, andregulatory agencies while ensuring properties operate efficiently andremain compliant.

What We’re Looking For:
