Job summary

Barge Properties is seeking a skilled Property Manager to lead daily operations across multiple affordable housing properties in Longview, TX. You will manage tenant relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize property performance through strong lease administration and maintenance oversight.

Utilize Yardi systems to track leases, payments, and property records, while collaborating with development teams on capital projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Proficiency with Yardi or Appfolio for lease admin and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and lease administration.
• Experience conducting building inspections and coordinating maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple affordable housing properties.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular building inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Utilize Yardi to manage leases, rent payments, and records.
• Prepare budgets and report financial performance to leadership.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and maintain high tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee lease renewals and terminations to minimize vacancies.
