Talent Lab Partners LLC in Miami seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 400-unit residential community. You will lead the property team, manage budgets, and ensure high standards of resident service, maintenance, and leasing activities.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in property management, strong leadership and financial skills, and a proven ability to optimize occupancy and tenant relations while enforcing housing regulations.

Formación

• Minimum three years of residential property management experience.
• Experience managing a large 400-unit community preferred.
• Proficiency in budgets, financial reporting and rent collection.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily property operations and maintenance.
• Lead property staff including leasing, admin, and maintenance.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquencies.
• Lead leasing and renewal efforts to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Communicate with ownership on performance and priorities.
