Job Summary
The Senior Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of operation for the assigned portfolio and supervision of portfolio staff, aligning with property owners goals and Kidder Mathews mission.

Standard office environment with site visits to tenant locations, requiring walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervises up to 6 direct and indirect reports, including property managers and support staff.
