About our client
Our clients are a forward thinking and successful independent estate agency with offices in Acton and Hammersmith. They have quickly established themselves as market leaders have a fantastic reputation. They are looking for a Senior Property Manager or head of department to manage their portfolio and admin department.
Job details for the Senior Property Manager / Head of Department Role
• Managing the portfolio to include maintenance, inspections, deposit releases and disputes
• Developing and implementing new processes as the department and new branches are opened
• Help coach and develop a busy team to the highest standards in Property Management
• Managing a portfolio of 100 properties
• Monitoring rent accounts
• Inspecting properties
Criteria for the Senior Property Manager / Head of Department Role
• Extremely organised
• Excellent communication skills and have a passion for the industry
• Team player and hit the ground running
• Property management experience
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience using the CFP Winman would be beneficial
• ARLA qualified is desirable
Package for the Senior Property Manager / Head of Department Role
• £35k-£40k per annum
• Pool car
