Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience with government property programs and audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the lifecycle of government property from acquisition to contract closeout.
• Maintain records in the government-approved property management system.
• Conduct audits to ensure FAR/DFARS compliance and prepare corrective action plans.
• Deliver training on procurement and property administration processes.
• Manage property in PIEE and ensure data quality and timely updates.
• Coordinate property transfers, disposals, and accountability across stakeholders.
• Lead periodic inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure GFP and CAP documentation and monitoring.
