Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the business as a Property Administrator.
• Support customer logistics through analysis, organization, planning and administration of repair phases.
• Acknowledge and receive government property according to FAR requirements.
• Provide support for deployed customer equipment; liaison between manufacturer and customer.
• Analyze failure trends and repair analytics to ensure space parts and materials are available.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses for deployed equipment in the field.
• Respond to customer work orders within contractual requirements.
• Ensure contractual SLAs and performance metrics are tracked and reported.
• Execute inventory control for government-owned property.
