Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business required; MBA preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• Five+ years in accounting; Three+ years in multi-family property management accounting; Three+ years in direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for managing partners, investors, and lenders.
• Monitor debt agreements and ensure loan compliance.
• Develop financial analysis and modeling to support regional leadership and clients.
• Manage accounts payable for properties in the region.
• Develop cash flow reporting and monthly projections.
• Ensure all filing deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop associates with feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
