• Preferred certifications in HVAC/Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain building systems including fire safety and HVAC.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
• Lead emergency responses and assist with construction coordination.
