Job summary

The role requires a 4-year degree and 3+ years in property management/real estate, plus 2+ years of leadership; GAAP experience and familiarity with Yardi/Realpage/Entrata are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in property management/real estate.
• 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Familiarity with GAAP in property management.
• Experience with Yardi, Realpage, Entrata preferred.
