Qualifications

• Ability to investigate and resolve intermediate to complex property damage claims.
• Strong understanding of liability coverage and subrogation concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with insureds, claimants, and counsel.

Responsibilities

• Follows defined processes, quality standards and procedures are followed.
• Secure contact with insured, claimant, witnesses, and other parties; obtain loss details and properly investigate liability claims.
• Reviews claim related correspondences and determines appropriate actions.
• Maintains files and notes; diary management; updates coding and claim closing goals.
• Provides timely information to clients, claimants, insureds, and others regarding claim status.
