US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Property Associate to advance property operations and serve as a key liaison among tenants, property managers, and vendors.

You will lead financial operations, support accounting tasks, oversee tenant relations, and contribute to property performance reporting. This role offers growth within commercial real estate and requires on-site presence in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with Yardi, Kardin and/or MRI property management software.
• 2-3 years of office experience, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
• 2-3 years of customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries and processing service requests.
• Coordinate resolution of maintenance issues with tenants and vendors.
• Support property management with data entry, document prep, and records maintenance.
• Oversee AP/AR processing, budget variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting.
• Manage vendor coordination and work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare monthly reports and property performance updates for senior management.
• Support lease administration including tenant move-ins and document filing.
• Lead tenant events and community engagement to enhance tenant experience.

What this job involves:

As a Senior Property Associate at JLL, you will take on expanded responsibilities in property operations while serving as a key liaison between tenants, property managers, vendors and other stakeholders. You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations and provide superior customer service. As a Senior Property Associate, you will lead specialized projects, mentor new team members and owner critical administrative functions. Estimated total compensation for this position:

$40.87 - $43.27 per hour

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data

Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues

• Support property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases

• Oversee comprehensive financial operations including AP/AR processing, budget variance analysis, and monthly financial reporting preparation

• Managevendor coordination and work ordersto ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities

• Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients

• Support lease administration activities including tenant move-in processes, document filing, and communication coordination

• Leadtenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experience

• All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field

• 1-2 years of experiencewith Yardi, Kardin and/or MRI property management software

• 2-3years of workexperience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management

• 2-3years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry
